【NUMBER GIRL TOUR 2019-2020『逆噴射バンド』においての注意事項】
※本ツアーは転売・譲渡一切禁止・転売チケット入場不可。ご入場できるのはチケットに記載のあるお名前の方のみとなります。当日、身分証明書のチェックを全員実施致しますのでご購入者本人の身分証明書を必ずご持参ください。ご購入されたご本人様以外のご入場はお断り致します。申込時から住所が変わった方は、現住所記載の身分証明書と、変更前の住所が確認できるものをご持参ください。
※チケットに記載されるお名前は、チケットお申込み時に購入者様にご登録いただいた情報となります。お申込み後のご登録情報の変更はお受けできません。
※同行者様は必ず購入者様と同時入場をお願いいたします。お二人揃わないとご入場いただけません。
※不正が発覚した場合、購入者様・同行者様共にご入場いただけません。
※ニックネームでご登録の方は照合の出来る身分証明書のお名前にて再入会していただき、お申し込みください。
※会場内でのモッシュ、ダイブ等、危険行為は一切禁止です。危険行為を行った方には退場等の厳重な措置をとらせていただきますので、ご了承ください。係員の指示及び注意に従わずに生じた事故やトラブルについて、主催者、出演者、関係各所は一切の責任を負いかねます。危険行為が頻発した際には、コンサートを中断あるいは中止する場合もございます。
＜身分証明書として認められるもの＞
■パターン1. 顔写真付きのものをお持ちの場合
※下記の中から1点をお持ちください
1.パスポート
2.運転免許証／国際運転免許証
3.写真付き公的免許証(船舶・航空・建築士 他)
4.住民基本台帳カード
5.身体障害者手帳
6.外国人登録証明書
7.マイナンバーカード(通知カードは不可)
8.福祉手帳
9.写真入り保険証
10.写真入り学生証（18歳以下の方のみ）
11.療育手帳
また上記1?11及び公的身分証と思われるもの、いずれかをお持ちでない場合は下記の書類をお持ちください。
※19歳以上の方の学生証は顔写真付きであっても、認められませんのでご注意ください。
※学生証／保険証で顔写真付きでないものをお持ちの方はパターン2をご覧ください。
※ご本人確認書類に関し、コピー／手書き／期限切れ／使用不可の細工が施されているものは不可となりますのでご了承ください。
■パターン2. 顔写真付きのものをお持ちでない場合
＜公的証明書を2点お持ちください＞
・公的証明書にあたるもの
保険証、住民票、戸籍謄本、戸籍抄本、印鑑登録証明書、年金手帳
※公的証明書はいずれも、公的に発行された状態のままお持ちください。
また住民票、戸籍謄本、戸籍抄本については発行後半年以内が有効となります。
＜公的証明書1点と名前が印字されている書類1点以上をお持ちください＞
※公的証明書1点だけではご入場できません
・名前が印字されている物にあたるもの
社員証、顔写真の無い学生証、クレジットカード、キャッシュカード
※公共料金請求書(電気/水道等)や、各種郵便物は、名前が印字されたものであっても無効となります。



Points of Note for the NUMBER GIRL TOUR 2019-2020
＊Resale or transfer of tickets is strictly prohibited. Anyone with tickets purchased through resale will not be allowed to enter the venue. Only people whose names are on the purchased tickets will be allowed to enter the venue. On the day of the concert, there will be an ID check for all attendees, so anyone who has purchased tickets MUST bring a form of picture ID. Anyone other than the person who purchased the tickets will not be allowed to enter.
＊Names printed on tickets will be the information registered at the time of purchase. Once the purchaser’s information has been registered, it cannot be changed.
＊Any guests of the ticket purchaser must enter the venue at the same time as the purchaser. Guests will not be allowed to enter if they are not with the person who purchased the tickets.
＊If any sort of dishonest acts are discovered, the ticket purchaser and any guests will not be allowed to enter.
＊Please bring one of the following acceptable forms of identification. Copies will not be accepted.
1. Passport
2. Driver’s License / International Driver’s License
3. Official Licenses (Boat Captain / Pilot / Architect / etc.)
4. Basic Resident Registration Card
5. Physical Disability Handbook
6. Certificate of Alien Registration
7. Individual Number Card (My Number Card) ? Notification Cards will not be accepted
8. Welfare Handbook
9. Insurance Card with Photo
10. Student ID with Photo (only acceptable for those 18 and under)
11. Rehabilitation Handbook
